Developer shows early CyanogenMod 10 ported on LG device

A developer has a video of an early version of CyanogenMod 10 based on Android 4.1 Jellybean. The video shows a the LG Optimus 4X HD prototype. Many things work, but CM-features have not been added.

The video was posted by  Ricardo Cerqueira  on Google + and shows an early version of CyanogenMod 10, a version that is based on Android 4.1 Jellybean. The developer used a prototype of the LG Optimus 4X HD . That would probably porting easier. Where the Nexus 7 3 T30L an Nvidia Tegra processor on board, turn the Optimus 4X HD on the nearly identical 3-T30 in the Tegra line.

Features of CyanogenMod have not added it seems that it only goes to the standard version of Android. Well there are many things that already work, such as audio, the belfunctionaliteit, camera and wifi.

It is unclear whether the video means that the Optimus 4X HD as one of the first devices will CM 10. The ports for devices with a Tegra 3 or 4-TI OMAP processor will probably go the fastest, because that the processors are of the Nexus devices that have had an update. The easy to adjust custom firmware  CyanogenMod  is one of the most popular custom ROMs for Android phones. The firmware has two one million active users. We are working on 10-CM releases for many different devices including Samsung, Sony and HTC.
