New iPhone displays Production has been delayed by Sharp

Sharp has been delayed in the production of possible screens for the new iPhone. The company said earlier that even the mass production of the new display would start in late August, but according to The Wall Street Journal, they still get started. It is unlikely that Sharp’s problems in a delay of the iPhone lead. LG Display and Japan also produce namely iPhone displays.

The absence of one of Apple’s display manufacturers would have effect on the number of iPhones that the introduction day is available. With rumors of an Apple event on 12 September and the start of the sale on September 21, Sharp seems to have very little time to do.
The new iPhone will reportedly use an in-cell display. Here are the touch sensors integrated in the screen itself, making it no longer two separate layers. This allows the iPhone to be thinner than the iPhone 4 and iPhone4S, for example, or a larger battery contain.

Reuters has reported that the production of screens for the new iPhone by Sharp is behind schedule. Sharp Corporation is one of the three suppliers of new displays and can not cope with the slow pace of production. At the moment, not reported, as far as this can be a serious problem, and will it affect the start of sales of the new iPhone. In any case, Apple has two other partners, Japan Display and LG Display Co, who are not experiencing production difficulties.

Given the problems with the pace of production, Sharp has decided to invest a billion dollars in the expansion of its production. This is quite a logical step, since Apple partners want to be a lot of companies, Sharp and clearly not interested in how to lose a super-profitable orders from Apple.
