Some Samsung tablets thought they bought the iPad

A few days before the next hearing in the case of the patent conflict between Apple and Samsung, resource AllThingsD has published a rather curious information.

According to AllThingsD, among other legal documents prepared by these companies, was found a document provided by the largest retailer of consumer household electronics Best Buy, which states that some unhappy customers return Tablet from Samsung back to the store because they thought they bought iPad.

The document does not specify what kind of number plates were returned to Samsung, but given that representatives of Best Buy have been forced to put notify the South Korean manufacturer, these were not isolated cases.

At the insistence of the court, the South Korean company had to submit several documents that are no comments about the similarity of its staff between mobile devices from Samsung and Apple. However, she is trying to keep them secret from the public and makes every effort that they did not appear at the hearing, scheduled for July 30.

The company Apple, in turn, gave the court the image showing how the device looked like a Samsung before and after the launch of its smart phones and tablets.
